This addition has transformed an old 1950's home into a modern cottage design. The use of weatherboard has kept the integrity of the street's history and character while at the same time giving a clean, contemporary look.

This East Lindfield house is set on a bushfire prone, narrow "left over" site overlooking the Kuring-gai National Park. The design meets these natural challenges, while at the same time meets a young family's needs in a modern industrial way.

A clean simple and modern design has created a very light filled semi-detatched dwelling. The design maximises the ocean views as well as providing cosy private areas. With a limited budget the design uses simple design concepts and detailing as well as using readily available materials.

Set on the crest of a hill in the beautiful Southern Highlands, this house was designed for the clients to enjoy every aspect of the 360 degree views. Designed as a pavilion style single storey house to sit gently on the terrain. The house was purchased from the client at a price they could not refuse, without even being listed. It was a house the new owner wanted at any price.

This heritage listed house was able to be modernised for contemporary family, open plan living, while keeping the integrity of the beautiful original heritage. ​Keeping the addition to the rear of the original house provides a wonderful internal transition as you walk through the house from old to new.

The client presented a wonderful challenge to create a modern Scandinavian type dwelling out of an old rendered brick cottage, as well as meeting their young family's spacial needs. As the First Floor addition is being constructed, the client is very pleased with the transition.

Picnic Point - Renovation With a strict budget, using clever design and lightweight construction materials, we were able to modernise a 70's brick house to become a contemporary home. Many friends of the client cannot believe it is an addition, believing it to be a new build.

Mission Beach Addition:- Set in the beautiful Northern Queensland area, the original house was design by the renowned Sydney architect, Espie Dodds. In being commissioned to add a bedroom wing to this house it was deliberately designed to compliment the original style. The result is a clean, seamless transition from original to new.
